How we came to be?
Purely out of frustration! It all started with a question, how can we enable our peers to spend much less time on manual drudgery and more on higher value activities that drives growth and increases ROI: what if we could combine different technologies and our industry knowledge to exponentially speed up content creation?
We also realized, playing with AI for fun is one thing, improving real productivity in a life science organization, a completely different ballgame. We knew we had to something.

Prashant brings over two decades of experience in software development, data mining, and system architecture. He has led technology strategy and product innovation across multiple startups and enterprise projects, specializing in pattern recognition, image processing, and scalable system design.
Previously: Founder & President, Roofmath Inc., Co-founder & VP Engineering, Precigeo, VP Engineering, Sift Inc. and T echnology advisory roles at Ooyala and Polaris Wireless, focusing on scalable architectures and spatio-temporal analysis.
At CollateralBuddy, Prashant advises on advanced AI workflows and system performance to ensure robust, enterprise-grade solutions.

Steve is a seasoned executive with over two decades of specialized experience in commercializing cutting-edge technologies and translating complex scientific innovations into commercially viable solutions within the life sciences and biopharmaceutical sectors. Before joining CollateralBuddy, Steve served as CCO at Depixus and prior to that he held leadership positions at RedShiftBio, Bio-Techne, SciKon Innovation, Quanterix, and Meso Scale Discovery.

Prior to founding CollateralBuddy in early 2025, Subodh served in critical roles as Marketing Director at Gator Bio, Director of Strategic Marketing at Streck, Associate Director Product Marketing at Complete Genomics, and also in senior product management and marketing roles at Thermo Fisher and LifeTechnologies.
